We can provide a comprehensive and detailed snagging report on new build and refurbished properties.
Ideally the inspection will be carried out before you move in so that the developer will have time to address all the problems before you complete, but it can take place at any time in the first two years of your NHBC, Zurich or Premier warranty.
The snagging report and photographs taken, where appropriate, are discussed and given to the builder or developer who will have the opportunity to rectify all faults and defects prior to our return for a final inspection.
Newman Property Solutions will check the work and changes made, note what plans have been put in place to resolve any outstanding issues and submit the report to the client.
Reports are completed within 24 hours of the visit and a PDF report will be emailed to you with our findings.
Following our final inspection a final report will be emailed. If required, bound copies can be purchased at an additional cost.
